The tariff reflects a thorough analysis of operational expenses and our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. While it may initially appear on the higher side, this pricing reflects our dedication to three key principles:

1. Uncompromising Quality: We prioritize the best culinary experience, ensuring that every dish is crafted from premium ingredients sourced from the finest providers. We proudly use natural cold-pressed coconut oil, organic jaggery, pure ghee, and naturally sourced turmeric and pepper. Our kitchen strictly avoids refined oils, artificial flavors, colors, and sugar, so you can savor only the purest flavors.
2. A Respectful Atmosphere: We value quality over quantity when it comes to our guests. Our aim is to host individuals and groups who appreciate the tranquility of their surroundings and enjoy a cozy indoor ambiance. We encourage our guests to savor the beauty of nature during their stay; hence, this isn’t a place for those seeking to party excessively. As a host and mountaineer, I love taking guests on nature walks, short hikes, or long treks to explore the beauty around us, and we can also arrange adventure activities for groups who share a passion for exploration.
3. Community and Respect: This is a co-living space designed to bring together like-minded individuals in a friendly environment. We aim to cultivate a community of mature adults and intentionally steer clear of disruptive guests who may undermine the serenity of the space.

Wi-Fi might be unstable due to the forest location. Most networks work in spots, but we recommend disconnecting to reconnect with nature.

There is no air conditioning or TV. However, we do have a projector for group viewing of movies, series, or sports. Please bring your own laptop or USB drive to connect, as Wi-Fi may be unstable due to the property’s mountainous location and potential heavy rains.

Rescheduling Policy:

💡 No charges for rescheduling if done more than 14 days before check-in date.

💡 A 10% fee will apply on the total stay cost for rescheduling made between 7 to 14 days before check-in date.

💡 Rescheduling is not permitted within 7 days of the check-in date.

⚪ Post-Rescheduling Cancellation: Once a booking is rescheduled, the option to cancel the booking will no longer be available.

⚪ Group Behavior: We welcome groups to enjoy our facilities; however, it is crucial that all guests maintain appropriate behavior. If the group’s conduct is deemed unsuitable by the Manager, they reserve the right to take necessary action, which may include an on-the-spot cancellation of the stay without any refunds.

⚪ Age Restrictions: To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we recommend that children under 18 years are not brought to the property unless the entire facility is booked. Our venue is designed primarily for adult socialization, and younger guests may find the environment unsettling.

⚪ Identification Requirement: A valid government-issued ID that includes an address is necessary for check-in. This is required to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

⚪ Self-Help Philosophy: We prioritize a self-help approach to enhance your experience. Therefore, we do not provide luggage assistance or room service. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

⚪ Prohibition of Drugs and Intoxicants: The presence of drugs and any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited within and around the property. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy to preserve a safe environment for all guests.

⚪ Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms or the main house. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the premises, ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding smoking in public spaces.
